What do you want more of this year?
It’s not too late to set your intentions for the new year.
It is never too late to take a few moments to reflect and set goals. You can do this regularly throughout the year. However, the new year is always a powerful time to reset and focus on your intentions.
Find a quiet spot to yourself, light a candle or diffuse your favourite essential oils, put on some soft background music, make yourself a cup of tea and sit down with your journal (or paper) and pen.
Ponder these questions and write your response:

What was my biggest lesson of 2022? How can I use this and take it into 2023?
What do I want to do I want more of in 2023?
What is 1 lousy habit I want to leave behind in 2023?
What is 1 practice I can commit to in 2023 that will benefit my health and well-being?
What are my 3 wellness goals for 2023?
What are my 3 personal goals for 2023?
What are my 3 career/professional goals for 2023?
How do I want to show up in my relationships this year? (lovers or friendships). Who do I want to be around?
How can I love myself more in 2023?
