Happy Meal Planning!
I know first-hand how busy life can be, especially during the week, so this downloadable weekly meal planner template will help you organise your Metabolic Balance meals for the entire week, so you don’t have to think about what to cook.
This weekly meal planner is of the horizontal variety, with the days of the week starting from Monday going down the left-hand side and breakfast, lunch, dinner, and water intake (your plan will indicate daily requirements), creating the columns needed to plan out your meals for the week. There is also a section at the bottom of the plan to note your weekly gratitude. I usually note what my new favourite recipe is.
You can also laminate this weekly meal plan, so grab your favourite Sharpie to write down your meals, wipe clean and reuse it every week.
